Loans are for non-owner occupied residential and commercial real estate. Owner occupied properties may not qualify. All transaction fees are paid at closing, with a licensed escrow company or agent. Fees and costs are based on the loan amount and begin at 2% of loan amount. Fees are based on credit, loan to value, property location and other factors. All fees and costs will be disclosed to borrower prior to closing. Third party reports, such as appraisals or surveys, may be requested prior to closing. All other loan related expenses will be collected at closing by escrow agent.
